POS Terminal
The Tradershubs POS is a desktop app for your counters and tills. It's built offline-first: everything it needs — catalog, prices, customers, cashiers — lives on the device, so a till that loses internet keeps selling without missing a beat.
How it works
- Pair once. A manager generates a pairing code in the dashboard; the cashier types it on the terminal. The device is linked to that store — no account IDs, no passwords, nothing else to configure.
- Sell every day. Cashiers sign in by name + 4-digit POS PIN (separate from their dashboard password), scan or tap products, take payment, print.
- Sync in the background. While online, the terminal exchanges data with your account about once a minute — new products, stock, customers and collections come down; sales go up. Offline sales queue safely and upload the moment the connection returns.

Good to know
- A terminal belongs to one store at a time. Moving it between stores or accounts = unlink, then pair with a fresh code.
- Pairing codes are one-time and short-lived — generate them when you're ready to pair, not in advance.
- Product and collection images are cached on the device — they keep showing with no internet.
