Signing in
No cashiers appear / my name isn't there The user has no POS PIN or POS role — they're different from the dashboard password. A manager sets them under the user's Security → POS Terminal Access panel; the terminal picks them up on its next sync. See Giving staff POS access.
"Wrong PIN" PINs are per-user and write-only. Have a manager type a fresh PIN into the user's panel and save, wait one sync cycle, try again.
Catalog & images
Products show blank tiles / initials Images download in the background after a sync — give it a minute online. If they never appear, the product may simply have no image in the dashboard.

Still stuck?
Check the device row in Settings → POS Devices — its last seen and last sync tell you whether it's alive and talking to the server. Everything else starts from there.
