Tables, filters & search
Where: everywhere — nearly every list page shares these behaviors Who: all users
Almost every list in Tradershubs is the same kind of table. Learn it once and you know how to navigate the whole dashboard.
The basics
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Column header | Click to sort that column; click again to flip the order |
| Search box | Matches across the main text fields (name, code, phone…) |
| Status filter | Quick-filter chips/dropdown — e.g. Published, Draft |
| Filters | Column-level filters for precise narrowing |
| Checkboxes | Select rows to run bulk actions |
| Row actions menu | Per-row actions — edit, revoke, duplicate, delete |
| Pagination | Page size and navigation at the bottom |
Bulk actions
Select rows with the checkboxes → the bulk action bar appears → pick an action (publish, archive, assign, delete…). Available actions depend on the module and your permissions.
Row actions
The ⋯ menu at the end of each row holds actions for that record — Edit, status changes like Revoke/Reactivate, and Delete (which usually moves the record to a deleted state rather than erasing it).
Views & preferences
Tables remember how you left them — page size, sorts and column visibility persist per user, so set a list once and it stays that way.
Export
Where offered, use the module's Export tool (e.g. Orders → Tools → Export) rather than copy-pasting — exports include proper columns and all matching rows, not just the visible page.
