Select yourself and enter your POS PIN — the 4–6 digit code your manager set on your user profile. It's not your dashboard password.
Selling
- Find products — type in the search box (name, barcode, or SKU), scan a barcode straight in (no need to click anything — the till listens), or tap a tile in the collections bar.
- Tap a product to add it to the order on the right.
- Adjust quantities with
+/−on each line, or tap a line to remove it. - Clear all empties the order.
Hold & resume
Need to park a sale mid-way (customer forgot their wallet)?
- Hold the order — it waits safely on the device.
- Resume it later from the held-orders list — everything comes back exactly as left.
Checkout
- Tap Checkout when the order is ready.
- Pick a payment method — Cash, Card, or Split (part cash, part card).
- For cash, enter the amount received — the till computes change.
- Complete the sale → the receipt prints (if a printer is configured) and the order is saved — locally first, synced to your account the next time the terminal is online.
Signing out
Use Logout to return to the sign-in screen — e.g. at shift change.
Good to know
- Sales made offline are real sales — they queue locally and upload automatically. See Working offline & sync.
- Totals, tax and prices always come from the synced catalog — if a price looks wrong, fix the product in the dashboard; the till picks it up on the next sync.
